- Must carry strong switching, routing and security skills. Need to be strong in RSTP, BGP, OSPF protocols and must have worked multiple OEM (Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet)firewalls.
- Understand voice and recording traffic flow during issue time to provide recommendations towards successful closure. Need to have thorough understanding on DHCP, packet captures tools like Wireshark and must have worked on critical network architecture setup.

- Resolve day to day issues reported
